Momomi® Happy Family Cash Rewards Program

After you purchase Momomi®'s product from this website, you'll receive an email from us that has a link to our Momomi® Happy Family Cash Rewards Program that pays the referrer 5% of the purchase amount for each order he or she refers to Momomi®. If your friends use your link to purchase, they'll each get a code for 10% off.

We encourage you to take advantage of this referral program, as the payout to you adds up the more people you refer and there is no limit to how much you can earn. You'll get an email about the referral program once you place your order.

To receive the referral credit, the person you refer must purchase through the link you provided. Additionally, if they use the link and leave the page and purchase later, this will disable the referral tracking. This is a technical limitation by our third-party referral administrator which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Once a successful referral has been detected, an email containing information on how to claim your reward will be sent out to you. It may take up to a day after the referral purchase is made for the referral to be detected.

Referral payments are processed on the 12th of each month, and will arrive in your PayPal account 3-5 days after the payments are processed. 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Momomi® Happy Family Cash Rewards Program is operated by a Third Party App. The restrictions within the program are agreed upon terms to protect both the businesses and the end consumer participating.

It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure they have educated themselves prior to participation. By participating, it is understood that you have taken on ownership of making yourself aware of the below conditions. Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted. 

Any misunderstanding during participation will not result in rewards being retrospectively added to accounts.

• You will be automatically opted-in to our marketing emails. 
  
  
• We encourage you to share your unique link on your own social media pages to friends, family and followers. 
  
  
• Referral links are not to be shared on ANY coupon aggregating sites. Posting to these pages will result in removal from the referral program. 
  
  

• Our referral program is in place to introduce new customers to Momomi.  As such, the purchases made by the following customers are not rewardable:

  • Purchases made using your link by existing customers.
  • Multiple purchases made by the same customer using your link. Only the first purchase is rewardable.
  • Self-referrals i.e. Creating new accounts using multiple email addresses’. Exploiting our referral system for personal gain will result in being banned from the referral program and accounts deleted. 
  • Momomi are not under obligation to inform the participant their accounts have been deleted due to fraudulent behaviour.
    
    
• When an eligible purchase has been made by your link, the purchase is monitored for 48 hours by the 3rd Party App and an email is sent to you letting you know you have a new referral.  Once the purchase has been checked under anti fraud measures, it will either be rewarded or unrewarded.

• Links and Discount Codes should only be used for personal purposes. Links should not be published or distributed on any forum or coupon/discount websites and shall only be given to known contacts.
  
  
• The Discount Code shall only be redeemed on our Momomi® official website www.momoijapan.com

• In the event that the Referred Contact receives multiple Links, only one Link can be used per transaction.

 

RIGHT TO TERMINATION

• Momomi® can terminate the Referral Program or a person’s ability to participate at any time for any reason and without notice.
• Momomi® reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel the Discount Code or refuse a transaction if we notice any activity we believe fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if we have reason to assume you are in breach of these Referral Terms.
• Momomi® reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
  
  

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Momomi® reserves the right to, at all times, amend these Referral Terms by publishing an amended version on the website.
